1. Delay Policy
If there is a delay from our side , you get instant reject if you want
2. Video Proof Still Locked
We require a video proof to confirm that the device is still locked.
We have noticed that some customers request refunds after their phones are already unlocked. When we ask for proof that the device is still locked, they do not respond.
Why don’t we Just instant reject in all cases?
1. Temporary Password Policy
Before placing an order, you agreed and confirmed that this is not an auto-unlock service.
You must enter the temporary password provided, which is valid for two hours only.
If you receive the password but You Are Late, the issue is from your side
In this case, we cannot approve a rejection. However, you may request a new password For Free
2. “Two hours is too short time”
this is the only available solution for now.
At least We provide a clear arrival time (Between 16:00–18:00 China Time), not a random delivery time.
If this time is not convenient for you (for example, if you are sleeping during that period), please do not place an order.
In Short:
1-don't place order if you are not serious and ready
2-Reject possible if delayed or password not working
3-Reject not possible if password expired (problem from your side not from our side)
4-If password expired please order verify service get new pass for free
5-if you sleep at this time don't place order

1. سياسة التأخير
في حال وجود أي تأخير من جانبنا، سيتم رفض طلبك فورًا إذا رغبت بذلك.
2. إثبات فيديو بأن الجهاز لا يزال مقفلًا
نطلب إثباتًا بالفيديو للتأكد من أن الجهاز لا يزال مقفلًا.
لاحظنا أن بعض العملاء يطلبون استرداد أموالهم بعد فتح قفل هواتفهم. وعندما نطلب منهم إثباتًا بأن الجهاز لا يزال مقفلًا، لا يستجيبون.
لماذا لا نرفض الطلب فورًا في جميع الحالات؟
1. سياسة كلمة المرور المؤقتة
قبل تقديم الطلب، وافقتَ وأكدتَ أن هذه الخدمة ليست خدمة فتح تلقائي.
يجب عليك إدخال كلمة المرور المؤقتة المُقدمة، وهي صالحة لمدة ساعتين فقط.
إذا استلمتَ كلمة المرور ولكنك تأخرتَ، فالمشكلة من جانبك.
في هذه الحالة، لا يمكننا الموافقة على الرفض. ولكن يمكنك طلب كلمة مرور جديدة مجانًا.
2. "ساعتان مدة قصيرة جدًا"
هذا هو الحل الوحيد المتاح حاليًا.
نُقدّم على الأقل وقت وصول واضح (بين الساعة 4:00 و6:00 مساءً بتوقيت الصين)، وليس وقت تسليم عشوائي.
إذا كان هذا الوقت غير مناسب لك (مثلاً، إذا كنت نائماً خلال هذه الفترة)، يُرجى عدم تقديم الطلب.
باختصار:
1- لا تُقدّم الطلب إلا إذا كنت جاداً ومستعداً.
2- قد يتم رفض الطلب في حال التأخير أو عدم عمل كلمة المرور.
3- لا يُمكن رفض الطلب في حال انتهاء صلاحية كلمة المرور (المشكلة من جانبك وليست من جانبنا).
4- في حال انتهاء صلاحية كلمة المرور، يُرجى طلب خدمة التحقق للحصول على كلمة مرور جديدة مجاناً.
5- إذا كنت نائماً خلال هذا الوقت، يُرجى عدم تقديم الطلب.
